marcAB10
that looks superb. I would definately get some chrome rings tho, it would really finnish it off. What 'glue' did you use to acctually stick the fabric down with? Think I might try something like this myself.
twijesiri
ok the glue is spray on type and i got from fabrice ware house it was about a tenner. Its called Copes Multistick and comes in a green can. I have got to say as long as the fabric is preety flexable it reaky is an easy job expect for the 3 rings. But i will get and fresh set and just spray them, might even get some chrome.

Supra-Brett
Have you got enough to do the whole car? What the outside as well ?
Homer
I'm not so sure about the bits around the dials and the top panel, but the parts on the main panels look alright. Kind of suede like. Not for me though, prefer the 'dragged out a scrapyard' look

steb9780
Here's an example of a flocked dash. It's in my mates ex-works ZR rally car he's building. It also give an explanation of how they do it somewhere. http://www.rovertech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=83049&highlight=

fri3ndly
I dont know if its me, but the dash seems to have got rid off all the those little rattles. It would make some sense I suppose as its soft/padded around all the dash edges. It does sound interesting, though I think I would want to do this for the whole dashboard (ie everything underneath the windscreen) in leather like the Supra that advertises Meguiars every month in Banzai
Mike M
Ah found some of it in the car too http://www.eltonvale.nildram.co.uk/images/ZRRace/Interior/Dashboard02.JPG http://www.eltonvale.nildram.co.uk/images/ZRRace/Interior/Dashboard05.JPG http://www.eltonvale.nildram.co.uk/images/ZRRace/Interior/Dashboard06.JPG http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e351/cas_uk/SP_A0053.jpg Cheers for the pics, I reckon that'd look pretty good on the sup. Found a place that sells a flocking kit. Spray on glue then you puff the flocking stuff all over and brush off the excess when dry. I'd imagine you could very easily ruin a pefectly good dash though if your not careful.
