Sean1933 Posted May 21, 2008 Share Posted May 21, 2008 (edited) Well I finally dropped the car off at the spray shop at the weekend for her full respray in Lamborghini grigio avlon (same colour used for the LP640), should be finished just in time for le-man in June. Its been a long old struggle but my project is finally in its final stage. I took her off the road back in early October and set about changing nearly everything. Here is my new spec list: Precision GT4088 0.81A/R turbo (mapped to 1.4bar by Ryan G @ SRR) HKS Wastegate with open screamer pipe AEM filter 4" FMIC Southbend DXD Dual Friction Clutch with extended push rod HKS Ti 4" Exhaust with custom 3" Downpipe & Midpipe Apexi Power FC with hand controller, 3bar map sensor & datalogit 800cc Sard injectors Walbro pump Sard AFR with gauge Brembo brakes all round with custom DBA discs & 5.1 fluid Goodrich brake lines all round Apexi N1 pro coilovers B&M short shifter 18" Blitz 03 alloys Doluck front bumper Veilside skirts & spats Stock spoiler (however may leave without spoiler) Facelift style headlights with facelift front indicators Ariel and rear wiper removed and flushed Full respray in Lamborghini Grigio Avlon 6000K HID conversion Clifford CAT1 alarm Greddy boost & HKS DB oil pressure & temp gauges VEMS ARF & EGT gauge Blitz spec-R DSBC boost controller Resprayed gunmetal dash with blue LED dash & dial conversion DVD headunit Option tuning steering wheel Black dyed carpet (to fit) Sparco harnesses (to fit) I think that’s everything however im sure I missed some things out! Most of the ancillaries were removed, checked, cleaned and refitted. Pics now @ the bottom of page 1 and more on page 2. Cant wait to enjoy it in the summer, and dont worry i will pop over one day . Door shuts finished! In the booth. Finally out the booth, she looks stunning! All done bar the headlights, indicators and a good polish! Got a sample of the colour im going for...looks dark in the shade but really bright in the sun, will stick a pick up later! They hope to start painting next weekend all being well.
