hoff
What a fantastic night:) It was a very even game, utd domiated the 1st half and had chances, chelsea the 2nd half and they had their chances;) The 2nd half was always going to go that way once they equalised with, lets be fair, a lucky goal. I cant believe we won though, we never win on penalties when it really matters. We have now though:)

hoff
So man utd then have very few english/brittish players in the sqad then do they? And who are we comparing them to from the premiership? I think you'll find they have one of the largest numbers of brits in the premier league.

Tom S
So 2 teams who play in the English Premier League, have some English Players whether they played in the past or still do or are future players are not English? waits for Imi or Jake to profess to being a Arsenal supporter in every term Or is it just the case that 2 English clubs in the final 1 of which won, yet we still have to abuse our national game rather than remember we have the best 2 club teams in Europe this season..... hoff
Yeh, I read that earlier. I think he owes it to the club to stay at least one more season. It would be poor from him to go but lets see. Its an out and out striker that we need more than anything, especially if ronaldo does go:rolleyes:

Charlotte
english clubs Yes, run, managed originating in the UK, whether their players are English is a different story.
Jake
Yes, run, managed originating in the UK, whether their players are English is a different story. Well, neither club is run (owned) by an English company/person and neither is managed by an English manager. (not many/any are nowadays)
