Scooter Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 the belts route around the pulleys should be on a sticker in the engine bay or on the bottom of the bonnet........ Look at the lowest pulley on the engine, then the pulley above this will have a 14mm bolt head in its centre. Put a spanner on this bolt pointing at the battery (3 o'clock), push down hard and you will move this tensioner pulley. Then you'll see what you have to do, which is, get the belt around all the pulleys bar this one, and then push down on the spanner and move the belt onto the pulley at the same time.
