address from car reg - possable

Recommended Posts

guys, long story short, had the missus car windows smashed on 4 occasions, each time wasnt able to get up in time to catch em.

however turns out one of them has a big mouth and has been overheard bragging about how him and his crew mug people and also did this car 4 times, this bragging was going on outside my missus kids school, small world, and turns out one of them is a boyfriend of my eldest friends, so a name will be forthcoming.

Now was wondering how i could get an address from car reg so i can exact some sweet revenge.

You'd need someone in the police / DVLA to do that for you I would imagine, not the kind of thing you can find out without help.

Worth reporting what you know the rozzers or are you set on sorting it yourself rather than watching them get a Chinese burn and sent back out to rob more people?

im sure the pc brigade will turn up soon and spout the usual "leave it to the police", "its better to report it" etc etc.

me on the other hand, im fully with you. find them , beat ten tonnes of crap out of them, mug them, or better still drop whatever you have of theirs in the river/gutter in front of them, beat them some more, then walk away. turn around, go back for desert (i.e beat em again), then go and extract any left over energy on the missus, who you have already told to wait for you in the bedroom :D

nothing was taken on all occasions, first was just drivers window, then was the other side, then the rear passenger, and finally all at the same time the whole drivers side and the rear boot glass, and they kindly left the 3 moosive rocks from the house opposite me.

Police didnt want to to the first times, with call us with some evidence, well heres some rocks, nope still didnt want to know.

But yeh, there they were this 4 asian 6th formers leaning on there corsa with P plates on, bragging to his mates that mugging people is wicked init, then goes on about (probally saw the missus silver micra parked up) how he done this silver micra 4 times.

First thing i would like to do is return the favour, then return it again, just to satisfy myself that justice is served, then a call to the police regarding there mugging exploits.

of course this is all pie in the sky and im just sounding off ;):innocent:

i do remember finding a form on the DVLA website, u have to fill in this long a$$ form the length of the great wall of china, and u need to specify a "reasonable reason" as to why u want the registered keepers details and for what purpose etc etc..

my advice is, follow them after school find out which house they get into, and set off a firework and throw it through their letterbox :D

Wow.

I would be P*SSED about that :angry::hang:

Scum like this should be 'nipped in the bud' before they progress down the line and end up killing someone.....

I agree with hiten. Retribution is the logical progression for a case as serious as this ;)

DVLA contact or a Police friend (who has access to vehicle checks) is the only way to get an address for the perpetrators....

OR//

(note// this is only a dream like suggestion and not to be taken seriously ;) )

Borrow or buy a standard boring looking car so you dont stand out and if you can find where their car is stake it out for the day/night and follow them at a safe distance (so they dont see you) back to their house.

Then note the addy and carry on past and about your normal business.

Then wait......for a day or two at minimum.

and go and thank them for their lowlifeness.

An alternate and lawful suggestion is to install a CCTV camera over the car in question if thats possible...and see if you can get them on camera

Damn! I was too slow :D

Although I would give the firework suggestion a miss.....could turn nasty and end up getting done for arson or worst :innocent:

if they have just started pimpin the streets in there new cars with the P stickers find where they live either by following them or finding out, then pour paint stripper on there pride and joy and just to finish it off pop a couple of holes in the roof with a bricky hammer (the one withe the chissle on the end for splitting bricks) as this can in most cases class the car as a right off because of the damaged caused.

lovely job

and just for the crack stick a spud up the exaust.

Surely only the police and DVLA (maybe insurance inudustry) can obtain this information otherwise (nice) car theft would skyrocket.
Got any friends in the car park industry? Seems they can get details if they're registered.

Oh, also....if you want to be undercover (and resort to their level) get an old spark plug...

You dont need to rush as its very quiet..

and it DOES work as I tried it on an old car some years ago before I sent it off to the scrap yard ;)

lol ah the old ceramic spark plug window 'opener' trick, yeh been there in my youth lol, although an automatic center punch works a treat.

yeh if i follow them then i need a different car for sure.

revenge will come for sure. although at this stage i wont be going down the violence/arson route, just sticking with an eye for an eye and see whats what.

Yeah now we're talking! Burn the guy's whole family to death. They probably deserve it for something or other anyway, right?

Who would you get to buy the firework for you though?

Wow I didn't realise we have so many vigilantes lurking on the forum. Isn't it surprising how they emerge with wild and wonderful ideas about what they would do without a thought or care in the world about the consequences?

A new low methinks. :(
