JustGav
Is this site WAP enabled... I had a go getting to it on my 6630, and I'm not sure whether it was my phone that auto formatted it to fit, or if the site looks at the device... Either way it work very nicely.. JustGav
I don't see why it wouldn't work... after all the 6600 and the 6630 are fairly similar the only major difference being the 3G bit.. Gav

Clarkey
For best results .. use a Symbian OS phone. Nokia Series 60 or Series 90 and install the Opera browser.
Clarkey
WAP (wireless application protocol) is a layer that over the top of GPRS. GPRS is the packet transmission medium ... and WAP server /gateway is what converts the html into wml which is what you see on your phone. no - it doesnt - it wont 'remember' my login details - i suppose the phone doesnt have cookies or something. it took about 5 minutes to load each page too - dunno if thats the difference between WAP and GPRS

Clarkey
Answer = Opera. The Nokia 6600 is a series 60, Symbian based phone .. the built in browser is good but not that sophisticated.

tobyg
This reply is through opera. It is better. But give me my computer and broadband anyday. Though i'm in aberdeen. So not much chance of that .
