tooquicktostop
Not far to go now Dean! How long till it's ready to map? Finished for the run in Friday of next week all being well with Matt Harwood finishing the wiring, still lots of finishing to do, fit new HID's, AP Carbon pads, re-wire the NOS system etc, should be ready for full mapping after run in which if I get to take it to Japfest should only be a couple of weeks, Mark and I are hoping for some good numbers on this but more importantly a very responsive road car
Homer
Good to hear mate, fingers crosed it's ready for next week Gaz1 just finished his 1.4 bar map today and seemed to be a bit blown away by the results, hopefully you'll feel the same after Ryans done his magic

TLicense
Looks like it's coming together. Couple of things I spotted though. In the first pic, it looks like the fuel filter has been wrapped in insulating tape or something. The bracket is grounded, as should be the filter. I doubt very much that it would cause you any problems, but worth removing the insulation for peace of mind so that it's grounded properly. It'll get battered to hell by road debris with or without it..... In the second pic, it looks like one of the oil cooler hoses is contacting the hose running up the centre of the picture. Worth making that those hoses don't contact with anything because they'll quickly cut through whatever they're touching. Which injectors have you done with? Looking forward to seeing it finished! There is a lot of finishing to do and to be honest it was a bit unfair snapping away and posting these pictures as Mark was right in the middle of working on the car and connecting/tidying things up but I could not wait!! The fuel and oil pipes will all have supporting clips to keep them apart I went with Siemens 890cc injectors in the end

I've got them, and as Ryan and I have found they're a pig to control at the low duty cycles you get at idle. I've been running mine with an AEM and the stock resistor pack to sort the impedance out. When my engine goes back in, I'm junking the stock resistor pack and using a peak and hold injector driver. Might be worth bearing in mind if you're going with the AEM..... Best of luck!
