I was looking at getting new headlights but my funds are a bit tight this month . I was after a set of facelift headlamps with the black back instead of chrome. What black spray paint would i need to get? matt black? satin black?

Matt black works really well, but to be honest, it's pretty much up to you. I've chosen a graphite grey colour to do mine soon.

I did mine Matt black. Matt is great paint to work with, piece of wee.

 

Only did mine black as my car is black. My actual facelift headlights are metallic grey as Nic shows

no you will need a HID kit

No the Supra didn't come with HID lights as standard. When you swap to facelift headlights people generally just buy the headlight housing and swap their bulbs over. HID lights can be retro fitted in both the early model and facelift headlights.
