RobSheffield
First sunny day for ages so spent a little time working on my Supra, then popped to my uncles in my dads MGB. My uncle lives in a tiny rural hamlet, middle of nowhere and back of beyond! He is retired and is building a Teak and White oak sailing boat. Only 23 feet long so its not massive, but still ncie to see. We had afternoon tea in the garden by the stream watching 'his' ducks wander about the garden! marcAB10
nice little MGB, allways great to get the top down on a sunny day. My mate has a canoe which looks a lot like your grandads which he bought and last year we had a great time taking it to local lakes and messing about and fishing. Funny thing is he straps it to the top of his Audi TT and its longer than the car!! sure looks funny

RobSheffield
Cheers folks! What amazed me most was that he was using the old fashioned woodworking tools - not a power tool in site! The strips you see on top are Teak and will be varnished

A skill set that's just about lost now unfortunately.
