Scoboblio
The lights here are flickering like strobes. It's making my eyes go wierd I probably shouldn't be using my PC but everything else is stable. Anyone got any idea what causes these type of power problems? Ian C
Hey, we got mini power cuts last night too. While I was watching Evil Dead II ffs. And mid-technical post Sunny Norfolk here though, it's odd as we haven't had power outages for ever and ever, I wonder what happened. -Ian
Chase
I was watching Spooks a few months back, and just as someone got shot, the power went off. One of the rabbits had chewed through a power cable and tripped out the fusebox. Really surprised he wasn't electrocuted, but he had singed whiskers!! JamesG
The power in my village is a joke. Last year we couldn't go more than a few days without a cut. I don't even bother setting the clocks in my house anymore. One of them fried my wireless router too It's been better recently - I know this as I can check the uptime on my xbox. It managed 55 days until another cut last week
Scoboblio
Just found out that this was caused by a local business going up in flames Must've been close to the power lines to have that effect The power went out for a few hours last night, good job I went out for a chinese instead of staying at home At least it wasn't as bad as when the substation literally blew up a few months back
