Nic
So lets assume that I start with a BPU, if I don't wanna fit a restrictor ring, I can just fit an external wastegate? No not without a LOT of fabrication and modifications to the stock turbo system.

Lee P
Hi and welcome. As already said do some more homework before buying any parts, you dont want to end up wasting loads of money on the wrong bits or bits that you dont need. I built my car myself and new very little when I started, you need to be patient and come up with a realistic idea of what you want at the end of it. Have a look in peoples garages and dont be shy to use the search button. Good luck and keep us posted with ideas and progress. Lee
