What is considered to be the best brake pads for J-spec brakes running 3 G 10 grooved disc's, for fast road use and the odd track day?

I use the same discs as you with Porterfield R4S pads. They have a very good bite. Some people on here said that they dust quite a bit but it's bs, haven't noticed more brake dust with them than with the previous OEM setup.

EBC don't make anything worth buying, unless you're in the market for incendiary material.

I've used both CW Fast road pads and the Porterfields, both are excellent IMO. Hear nothing but good things about endless too.

How about EBC redstuff pads or greenstuff pads?? The redstuff pads are a low carbon brake dust pads and are for use in trackdays or fast road use.

Your best bet are greenstuff pads, they will stop you quicker than you think lol! :D

sorry mate, used ebc greenstuff before, utter crap!!!!
