SilverSoop
Hi all, i dont know if this has ever happened to any of you but ive had it alot recently... I was out on friday with my g/f when we bumped into her friends. We all got to talking about cars when we got to mine. Her mate said, "what car have you got??" "Oh i said its a supra" Oh right he said, "what a type RA?" i knew what he meant by then, and i said NO..supra! Oh he goes, "i thought you said Subaru"! Unbelievable! Then, we were out friday night and i saw some people from school and bugger me, the same thing happened...thinking i said Subaru instead of Supra!! Pig
Its either a subaru or a celica. I'd much rather a subaru TBH My boss calls it a Suparu. He is winding me up though.
steb9780
I made the mistake of telling my mate, that this exact instance gets on Supra owners tits. He always makes a point now of saying, the Subaru's looking clean Ste, or nice cars those Subaru's.

Lol Even though your boss is winding you up, i suppose the car names- Supra's and Subaru's do sound kind of similar but completely different cars!! Its an insult to even call a Supra a Subaru lol! juanchan
Just say toyota supra then, ends all I've been accused of not knowing my cars when saying that. ie: they think I believe that Toyota make Subarus I've also found a LOT of people no longer understand when you say "like the orange car in F&TF but without the attention-whoring bodykit and stickers" either. There's no pleasing some people
