Daston
Hi guys Whats best for removing the sticky crap sometimes left from masking tape? Would white spirts be ok or will that damage the paint work?
ShamelessTT
I wouldnt like to say if this is good practice and on paint id be careful, but on glass (removing old decals) i used high performace degreaser (spray can bought from halfords)and it came off without any effort, but i imagine bug off would do much the same on paint. merckx
I always use methylated spirit, warm up the sticky stuff with a hairdyer and it will come off easier.
