JamieP
If you want to go clubing go to Pure at Ceasars palace, the dinner buffet at the wynn hotel is the best in vegas, playboy club at the palms is great:eyebrows: and the ghost bar there is good. Steve
Have been twice now, both times for 2 weeks. I absolutely love the place, hoping to go back next year. What sort of things are you looking to do?

hogmaw
When you go to a casino set yourself a limit on the cash you will lose and STICK TO IT because you WILL lose and it can be very tempting to play just a few more dollars, then a few more.... and so on until you've bet your house

Havard
I came back from Vegas $100 up after only placing one bet on the whole of the trip (not counting, playing slots and getting free drinks!) You can go through a small fortune very quickly in Vegas. Be careful!! Also if you think you've pulled a stunner in a bar or casino, remember to ask how much?? All is not what it seems! H. Havard
Is that speaking from experience No mate I'm happily married but I was with a party of 39 blokes and some of them were a bit shocked at how the American women really fancied English blokes. They chatted to them, laughed at their crap jokes and then asked for $400..... The Casino's are full of them but I couldn't work out which ones were prostitutes as most people are quite well dressed! RobDogg
Also if you think you've pulled a stunner in a bar or casino, remember to ask how much?? All is not what it seems! H. We went twice last year and my room mate came back and said our other mate in the next room had pulled this fit bird and was banging her next door. My other mate came round about half hour later and says your not going to believe this she was a whore! Me and my room mate just pissed ourselves! If you are after a stripclub I can recommend Crazy Horse II. The columbian girl is awesome!!
miko_supra
I dont want to spend too much as i just got back from thailand a month ago. I hear there you can go and shoot guns at some places which sounds like a laugh and i know about the free drinks in casinos etc...Whats good to wear out there during the day and evening? is it fairly formal in the casinos or just wear what you like (but i don't want to feel out of place)
R Black
I stayed in the Rio last time i was there, its like 200 meters from the strip, has a great buffet, swim in the pool, club high up in the Voodoo lounge, gamble, and jump on the free Harrah bus to see the other big hotels. Wherever you stay you should have fun, i did'nt like the Hooters casino it was like a easyjet place all orange n tacky, the girls were a poor standard too. Make sure you get a chopper ride to the Grand Canyon/Hoover Dam. http://www.vegas.com/resorts/rio/

R Black
I drove to the Canyon after leaving Vegas and got a chopper from a tiny little airport nearby, which had several companies with their own choppers, its a good 4hrs if welly it, i'm sure you can fly out from vegas by chopper which would be much quicker obviously. Oh and i would rent a Vette over a Stang as it will probably only be a 6 pot. If you do drive you can stay at the canyon overnight, you can always find a hotel/motel there. I think there is an indian reservation there too i remember rightly.
miko_supra
4 hours! guess it will have to be a chopper ride, and i'll hire a viper for a few hours for round town instead.
colsoop
Stay the night at the canyon if you drive it. But there are plenty of companies who do tours to the canyon from vegas, particularly flights.

So does anyone know what to wear out there then?
