Pabs
You really should to be honest. Also, remember that not everyone will have the buttons aligned the same way as yourself. You refer to them as top and bottom, in my car they are left and right m'eh... my bad about the buttons - I'm sure that the manual will explain better for those that don't know - and if you don't have the manual you can download it from http://www.clifford.com As for Blackjax - it states in the manual that this voids Thatcham classification? Never heard that before, comes stock with the 650 which is a cat1 alarm. Are you sure it doesn't say NOT using it voids it Blackjax is the anti-hijack. If you open the door of the car and don't type in the code it cuts out and doesn't start. Can't see how that would void Cat1, surely it makes it. Pabs
Quote from the manual here in front of me: VERY IMPORTANT: Thatcham regulations prohibit engine shutdown whilst the engine is running, regardless of circumstances. Therefore, enabling this feature (Blackjax) invalidates the Thatcham evaluation. EDIT: Also see this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=37084&highlight=blackjax+thatcham

I'd rather not claim its cat1 and have my car than have it Cat1 certified and nicked lol. I have the certificate regardless as i'm sure most people do.
