CJ
thanx for the full spec on this - fact still remains that you have bought players you shouldn;t have with money you should have been paying your debts with. Please tell me you missed a smiley as I cannot believe anyone could be so stupid as to post that after reading what i had written previously. you SHOULD have been kicked out the league completely as per Aldershot. Do you have any idea what you are talking about? Aldershot were not kicked out of the league. They folded due to bankruptcy: However on March 20 1992 Shots travelled to Cardiff City and, in front of over 6000 people, played their final Football League match. Despite notable gestures for ground sharing fron Cardiff and Swindon Town the club were wound up in the High Court just five days later. Aldershot FC was no more. And you lodged to go into administration only AFTER you were mathamatically releaged last season - convienient that. True. But we did nothing illegal nor against any rules. Thorin
I'm hoping Hull get promoted, lived in Hull for 10 years, they have one of the best stadiums in the championship IMO, have a huge local following and although I fully expect they'd go straight back down again it'll be a good boost for them to go up. Jamesy
No smilies missing mate, your club is (and always will be) known as a lying, deceitful, cheating club that no fan can stand. no hard feelings but i hope they give you your 15 points back....in return for your league status. They have done incredibly well this season eh? I was listening to 5 live radio on the weekend and Alan Green was asking a Hull supporter if he thought it better that they stay in The Championship this to consolidate. How bloody silly is that? Of course the fans, players and management want to get to the Premiership - even if only for a season.

So, after being made to look the ill informed ranter that you are, the best you can come back with is that? not ill informed mate - not sure if you remember me saying but Leeds arent top of my priority lists when reading up on footie these days, nor were they back in the day that they had a half decent (dirty) side. I'm stating facts as i know them and as most people i talk to in football from other teams see it. If you can put the FL on they're arse with your claims of being hard done by then great but i'd prefer to be with a legit club. i'm sure you will be able to put an innocent spin on most corrupt things happening at Elland road, and go on ya, thats why Ken Bates will do so well there. Guest tim_mac
i am a liverpool fan not been a great season this year, another season with plenty of hype before and then nothing comes of it, will be happy if we win the CL but if we dont the only good thing to come out of this season is knowing we have bought a striker and he is the best in the prem, as for stoke i am really happy for them, became a team i got a lot of respect for after how supportive there fans where to there team and how well the fans took it when liverpool beat them 8-0 a few years back. my girlfriend is also from stoke, even though she isnt a fan of any footy team a few of her family and friends are so am happy for them
Jamesy
Your end of season DVD is ready now then Justice was done with the CORRECT decision coming from the FL. Even though it meant us not getting the play-offs i was delighted that Leeds didn't get an auto promotion spot in place of more deserving teams! They are in this position of -15 points through their own wrong doing so luckily no other teams have had to suffer. Now just need Forest or Carlise (or even Southend) to do the business in the play offs and it would've been a good year for our "little" club. CJ
Justice was done with the CORRECT decision coming from the FL. Actually, the decision was made by an arbitration panel. Even though it meant us not getting the play-offs i was delighted that Leeds didn't get an auto promotion spot in place of more deserving teams! Erm, I think you will find that you couldn't get into the playoffs as you didn't accumulate enough points - despite us giving you a 15 point start. Which more deserving teams would this be then? Are they those that won less points than us on the football field this season? They are in this position of -15 points through their own wrong doing so luckily no other teams have had to suffer. Now, I assume that you have not read the arbitration report as you would have been aware that they found that we had done nothing wrong and recommended the FL look at their own rules on administration. They said that the -15 points had to stand because: 1. We had signed an agreement accepting the penalty and did not agree that this was done under duress. 2. We had waited too long to organise the appeal - this despite us lodging the appeal back in August 07 and having our attempt thwarted by the FL. 3. To reinstate the points would not be fair to the other teams at this late stage! Now just need Forest or Carlise (or even Southend) to do the business in the play offs and it would've been a good year for our "little" club. Wow! What a great ambitious little outfit your lot are eh? A good year for you can be measured by other teams being successful - but not your pathetic little team. RobDogg
Then about 280 sleeps until confirmation of relegation I don't care about going down after 1 season. Of course it would be nice to stay up but the £60 mil would set the club up for years. We have no debt and own our ground so £60 mil is a fair amount of dosh for Stoke!
