Or are you organising a "You've been banned" party? I'll go for 6 points and a £500 fine!! H.

Ahh, so he works FOR you then? I doubt he'll get banned tbh, especially if he claims that he could lose his job. It also depends on whether he already had points/convictions! Sorry to hear about your cousin! H.
JustGav
60 in a 30? I like to drive quick, but residential ie 30mph areas are that for a reason 12 month ban would the first guess.
Pot
I had 2 month ban for 56mph in a 30, with me claiming I need my car for work... I'd expect him to get something similar...

probrox
I got caught doing 58 in a 30 on my motorbike when i was 17. Got 6 points and £185 fine. All because i was rushing to see a girl. Grown up since then though.

Havard
I had 2 month ban for 56mph in a 30, with me claiming I need my car for work... I'd expect him to get something similar... Jesus! I got done for 58.8 in a 30 in 1993. I got 6 points and a £68 fine after claiming that I was skint!! The road I was on, although it is a 30, is as wide as a footballers tie knot. Either way I was in the wrong but a ban is a little harsh if you ask me. If he was in a heavily built up area or near a school then that is just irresponsible! H. bromy
In a previous life (15 ish years ago) got caught doing 63 in a 30 zone, nothing dangerous... for those who know it the A62 dual carriageway from Manchester city centre out towards Oldham. Ended up with five points and cant remember the fine but around the £150 mark
merckx
60 in a 30, it doesn't get much worse than that. Hopefully it's a ban, a massive fine would be better though. I always find it difficult to think of the words to describe scum like this.
