Guest timtom
Has anyone sold thier cars to buyers from Sweden? I have got 2 chap who say they are going to send deposit and collect the car from London and give me the balance in cash!! I am very wary and I'm sure other members have posted about the same subject.
johnny g
If you're dealing with cash - bring them the bank with you and have it deposited there. They can check for dud notes. But if all is well, go for it. Just keep double sure and have a handy friend with you

Chris Wilson
I have never had any issues dealing with the Scandinavians at all. If it was someone from Nigeria....
SteveR
Mine went to Sweden, and the chaps who came over bought a car from Paul Whiffin the same day. Apart from them missing their intended flight over, everything went smoothly. They complained that £50 is too small a denomination, as they had to carry & count lots of them to buy 2 cars, lol. There's always the good old Scottish £100 notes. Not that many people use them, some places are sniffy about even taking them.
