SupraStar 3000
I was thinking, is there a forum directory list? Like yell.com,.. but listing forums and bulletin boards. We all know how helpful this forum is. I remember when I had my speed sensor problem, after googling I found Supra.net and the rest is history. But how do others find this AND other forums (not necessary car related). I've used forums for just about everything,.... including cars (supra and others), traveling, work, computing, holidays, smut, pets and many others. But when I do, its recommended or through google which is alittle hap hazard. What would be really helpful is a directory. Say I had a problem with goldie the goldfish and I wanted to discuss and search info for him with like minded people. Where whould i go? If I had a handy forum directory I could flip to 'F' and find all the fishy forums. Problem solved.

michael
I don't know if there is one but it's a good idea, would be even better if it ranked them in order of activity levels or something too - I'm tired of signing up to forums only to discover they only have one active member On a related theme if anyone knows a good forum for Peugeot 106's (other than crappytinfoilcrapbox.com) please let me know. SupraStar 3000
Its a idea, but not a money spinner How could it generate profit?
hoff
No idea to be honest:d but other directories must make money on it. Advertising or a fee to be on the directory maybe:search:
Gaz6002
Its a idea, but not a money spinner How could it generate profit? Same way most of the 'web does. Advertising. It's all about the amount of people visiting your site and the exposure. I'm sure I could add something to this idea should it come to fruition But I do require paying

Darren-K
you would make mone from adverts placed on youre` site, the only thing is the site would require quite a lot of work to keep it updated,. ynow updating how many members a forum has,. how many active members the forum has, country of origin etc.
