merckx
I'm in the process of fitting the ballast units for my HID lights, on the offside of the car there isn't so much room to fit the unit. I've found a reasonable place to put it but it will be very close , if not touching the underside of the headlamp. Does anyone know if they get hot, I wouldn't want it to melt the headlamp? Cheers
Steve W2
Mine were screwed to plastic parts in my engine bay without any problems.
b_have
Don't get hot but MUST be kept dry. Mine are fitted about 200mm forward of the strut tops.
