JustGav
Strangely enough...always wanted a sup... happy with it regardless of cost.. Not saying I wouldn't take one out for a quick drive tho
SkyJawa
Lemme guesss, Nizmo Z-tune R34 True.. what about a lambo Gallardo? That would be about the nicest alternative in that price range No mate - there was no Nissan bias meant (in fact I wouldn't even contemplate that car - far too overpriced!). But there are several other cars I'd have over a GT2.... Ferrari Lambo DB9 etc to name a few
Bobbeh
I know, just pulling ya chain I'd only get a Lambo over the porsche I think. DB9.. possibly.. but its not fast enough.

Scoboblio
Same as the other skylines / evos / scoobies I've seen..... Lovely 'get the hell out of my way' exterior But boring everyday 1.1 fiesta type interior Still wouldn't mind a drive tho

SkyJawa
One thing I will say, my Skyline is now a only little faster than my old supe was but it cost a damn site more to get to that stage!!
Bobbeh
Are they prone to go pop around 450bhp? I've read of a few that have had engine problems.. seemed a bit weird for a car that is supposed to be super tuneable.
SkyJawa
I have to say, I'm aware of many more GTR engines gone pop than Supra engines. Supra internals are without a doubt more robust, which is the weaker link with the Skyline. What seems to be the case is most people crank it up expecting it to give up, and when it does, they put the good stuff in The block is utterly superb at taking high power just like the supra...... so in effect, it is super tuneable, but like everything, only if you do it right! Can't comment on if its a specific bhp, I run stage 1, which is around 400bhp and thats more than enough for me!!!!
Guest konastab01
nice but i would rather spend 150k on a supra
Whitelightning
If I had the money - I would still have a Supe, its the whole scene that goes with it. Im not rich and I doubt I ever will be and I will always bet on the underdog (even if it has been modded lol !)
