350z brake problem (pics)

My dad said that the back left wheel was making a "metal to metal" sound whilst the car was moving, the noise was on/off, and increased with speed, but went away when the brakes were tapped. then came back again randomly.

Whilst washing the car i noticed allot rusty spots on that same wheel and the entire inside had a film of rust on it.

I've checked the pads of course and these are fine (although the sound would have been worse when the brakes were touched if this was the problem)

Any ideas what it could be?

you say the pads are ok, but are they low? it might be the wear tab, although that is a lot more metal dust than I would expect.

No problem, they can go out Monday, Tuesday at the very latest. How quick can you send the dough ;)? Do you want just rears, or a full car set? What year is the 350Z? Thanks :)

Just the rears please. Its a 54 plate with 2 pot brembos, I can send the money this evening. How do you want payment?

Fast road rears (same as MKIV compound fast road) in stock at 68 a set plus 5.80 P&P. Fronts available too, they are 78 a set.

Is that for the Brembo calipers Chris?

I have Brembo and non-Brembo pads in stock, £79 inc VAT per axel set (Endless VN-9500), can go out in the post for a next day delivery.

Regards,

Gaz.
