stevie_b
Welcome! I've never driven a calibra but always liked the look of them. Nice to drive?
Havard
well the calibra is ig 17 and i pay 117.00 per month I thnik the NA is IG19 IIRC! I would go TT if you can afford it. The NA is quick but not silly fast, you may get bored of it after a while. Although I still love mine tbh.... H.
Guest Bullitt
Welcome! I've never driven a calibra but always liked the look of them. Nice to drive? Yeah they are pretty decent to drive, the 4x4 in the turbo is awesome and the top speed (163 mph reported thru GPS, but it will do 165 maybe a little more) is amazing for a 16 year old vauxhall. Problems with transfer boxes are a pain (1500 to replace) and the fact that if you puncture a tyre, its slashed etc then you have to replace ALL 4 tyres otherwise you will kill the T.Box

Havard
Isn't this a thing with all 4x4 cars that you have to have even tyre wear/grip! My mother in law had to replace all four tyres on her Kangoo 4x4 last week and I thought that she'd been ripped off by the garage? H. Guest Bullitt
not sure about all 4x4's. obviously you lose some benefit of having 4x4 if you dont have same tread all round

Havard
Any videos of a non turbo? All i seem to find are TT's I think it's because NA's look like they are in slow motion.... The pro's and cons are quite simple. You either want slow and mega reliable with little to go wrong or mega quick with more to go wrong but still reasonably reliable. I always did not fancy a TT as when it goes wrong, it goes very wrong!! H.
Guest Bullitt
they cost more to buy, to run and scare the missus more. what is the power delivery like in a NA? Smooth?
