Jads
As above, which one to get? Thanks -Jads-
jamesmark
Thor if you can it is pre set to 1.25 bar, then Greddy, then if you absolutely have no other option get an HKS one. Post in the wanted section for a Thor or Greddy unit.
tooquicktostop
I think the THOR one is the most respected on here BUT they are not made anymore so will need to be second hand
Gaz Walker
I think the THOR one is the most respected on here BUT they are not made anymore so will need to be second hand They've started making them again. Greddy is a decent unit too, cheaper as well @ £70. Gaz.

miko_supra
whats so bad about the hks one then?
Mr. Fish
whats so bad about the hks one then? i belive they modify the voltage from the ecu..so it fools it think its running less boost than it actually is..hence why it doesnt hit fuel cut... So its running more boost..but fuelling for less, that isnt a good combo..

Mr. Fish
errr not totally sure...never had experience with a thor unit... I cant see it making it fuel more..it just doesnt work in the same way as a HKS one

Pete
The above is correct. From what memory serves me from threads of old on here the Thor FCD will linearly provide move fuel where as the HKS device just caps and holds at the limit. You may want to do a bit of searching in threads from 2005-2006 as it was discussed technically at some length.
