Guest alexmslv
Is all of those thing you listed worth more risking £000's of your hard earned money on a written off car? I doubt it - especially when there are many more good examples available for not a lot more. Listen to the people who have posted here, its the best advice you'll ever get when it comes to buying one of these cars I really appriciate for all your help, everyone !!! I think I'll better loose holding deposit (I'm sure that I'll get it back as I paid from platinum c/c:)) and go thru all ccx hassle than have risky car. Thats why I asked experts here
absz
its your right to get the deposit back as you were unaware that the vehicle was damaged repaired and the seller did not tell you this.

Guest alexmslv
Platinum card, eh? Oh, it is mostly full already. Just beacuse it has purchase protection and they will fight for me in case of such problems (I hope so, maybe lying as all banks do:))
