jonshaw_uk
hi all the tyres maybe due to be changed soon at the moment they are 225 on the rear and i thought they had to be 245. In which case would i have any probs changing them from 225 to 245? cheers jon
dangerous brain
they should be 245 on the rear but read the wheels and make sure that the wheels on the back are bigger than the front. its embossed on the outer face and is easy to find. jonshaw_uk
sorry to sound dumb but should i just look for something like 245 or the width in inches?
Jake
I think the correct tyres sizes and pressures for standard wheels are on a sticker when you open the drivers door. Have a butchers mate It should say 9JJ on the rear wheels if they're 9" wide

dangerous brain
Yeah its pretty much the only writing on the wheels themselves, I think the backs on the 16"s are 8 1/2 JJ and the fronts 8 JJ but there will be different numbers on them just make sure the tyre guy puts the bigger numbered wheel on the back with 245's and all will be well.
