So this guy just gets stoned occasionally and eventually he's serving a sentance cos he can't be arsed to conform with the system and abide by what the government tell him he can and can't take to get high. Meanwhile, on a Friday and Saturday night, thousands get p*ssed on a drug of the countries choice (namely alcohol), cause absolute mayhem - even get locked up for the night to recover, and are sent on their way the next day to do it all again next weekend. His music is irrelevent as is their view that he sets an example for kids to follow. Just let him do what he wants to do and get off his back. Is what some would say. Me personally, I think he should be hanged It happens to everyone else if they are on remand and they break their parole conditions so why should he be different.
