Axle
Glutamine a waste of time. Pro mass is ok. There is better out there however. What are your goals exactly?

Axle
'Toning' is simply to do with ones bodyfat. You cannot shape a muscle, or tone it so to speak. These things are already genetically defined. Ofcourse as your muscles become larger and bodyfat levels remain the same your body will appear to tone/shape. Theres many ways to train. If you just want to put on weight then eating lots of meat and generally increasing your calorie intake with clean foods is the best way. Ofcourse it depends on your goals. Some people want to increase their strength, some want to increse their bulk, and others somewhere in between and those ofcourse who want to loose weight. Also, you neednt go gym 5 times a week. If you are weight training 5 times a week then you are not maximising your development. Other then that you will eventually put yourself at risk of overtraining. Many symptoms of overtraining occur without people even realising. Diet is ofcourse the biggest factor in how well one progresses. But a well structured routine can make one hell of a difference. rick001
Building muscle is all about commitment, plenty of sleep, diet and goal setting Any one can gain weight but to gain muscular weight is completly different. A good protein supplement along with creatine (imo) is a good basis to start with... Having a routine which works for your body type is also vitally important, as you do not want to overtrain any muscle . A muscle only grows during deep sleep so plenty of sleep is highly reccomended along side a well balanced diet of protein, carbs and fat (depending on your body type). And most importantly - have a goal in mind of what you want to acheive and never miss a training session (unless ill) Anyone wanting any private training please feel free to contact me...... Lukeyboy2k
The stuff at myprotein gets good reviews. Click I fully recommend myprotein for all varieties of bulk powders. The only draw-back I've experienced with them so far is that they use parcelforce for delivery. I don't know if it's just me, but the service I get from parcelforce is shocking.
