Sandy-m2
ok so adjusting the sensor didn't fix the traction controll problem. Does anyone know how to fix this or do i have to go to a garage
hodge
have you taken off the stepper motor, cleaned it and moved the linkage inside the TB to make sure its moving correctly. Was it the sub throttle position sensor you moved and not the throttle position sensor.
Sandy-m2
Yeah it was the STP sensor I adjusted, still getting really high revs but now getting limited traction control.
hodge
I would think the stepper motor was your problem, if you are only getting limited TC. If you remove the PAS res you can get to all the stepper motor screws. Take it off and check the spindle has no play and the bearings ok. Check the linkage is moving freely and that the butterfly moves to both open and clased positions. before you refit it check terminals on the stepper motor and the connector and clean everything. Put it all back together and reset your ECU. Hopefully I say hopefully, hay presto. your in business. Hope this helps mate.
