Dyer864
Right then, where to start ! only now getting over the euphoria of yesterday's win against barnsley, and must commend the barnsley team to a very hard fought and very entertaining game, there has to be one winner and luckily enough it was our day !! My main grumble is that a stadium of such expense, and give it to it, a very fine stadium indeed, second to none ! is that they've built it in the middle of a industrial retail park, where there is nothing around it , and for i say nearly four to five miles out bumper to bumper queing to get in a retail park nxt door to ikea ! surely they should have thought of gaining better access into the stadium and trying to smarten things up around the area ! for that i was quite dissapointed. facilities inside were great , hardly any queing, but i just thought all that expense and it's there surrounded by by old factory units ! what's every other football fan's view on this , and should it have been built elsewhere, i know birmingham was mentioned ! :search:

SUPRASUZUKI
I'd stop and think before saying anything negative. Thousands of football fans in the UK never get to Wembley, let alone get there and win. I've been there twice and seen my team beaten both times but to me the place is awesome. I didn't even register the surroundings, just soaked up the atmosphere. I do agree with Pete though, Wembley should be for finals only. "The big prize". Good luck in the final.

Dyer864
I totally agree, it does take the shine off the final ! Is it the F.A cashing in to repay the funding of the stadium,(more than likely) but as i think Dave jones said, would you have got 33,000 of each supporter's at Villa park, so why didn't they play the semi's at Old trafford and the Emirates ! stadiums that can hold those figures. I know people call Fergie over, but i think he did have a good point of devalueing the final !

Dyer864
I thought 33,000 & 33,000 was 66,000 leaving 10,000 to the so called co operate member's !! thus giving the true fans preferance at seeing their team play, and not giving those a free day at our expense !! Plus the news is now, that each team for the final will be given in the region of 25/26 thousand tickets, 8,000 less than the semi's .
