Steve, whilst we have your ear, so to speak, are there any potential issues with pups weaned on a surrogate mother, because the birth mothers milk is in short supply? In particular, some Bouvier pups being weaned off a Dogue de Bordeaux? I can't see why it would be an issue, but thought I should ask, thanks.

There shouldn't be any problems at all. There is an obscure condition in cats where milk can have antibodies to the kittens' own red blood cells causing them to be destroyed, but it's very rare and is usually from the kittens own mother anyway!

I have some more photo's of Yoshimitsu on the camera I think, almost 10 months old now so he's not going to grow any more, he's got a lot darker now since we first got him. Still getting along with Kita...

All so cute! I have to be religious about worming and flea treating my kitten (1yr old) Nimbus because he hunts and kills so much! We have had evidence of three bunnies since Sunday and a jackdaw yesterday which he merely killed for pleasure and did not consume! There would have been numerous mice etc that he couldn't be bothered to leave as a gift. Seriously....30 secs and a mouse is gone...totally...I've witnessed it. Gross.

My mum's old cat used to leave dead mice on the doorstep all the time... always headless. Cats, ruthless.

I had two fully grown rabbits delivered yesterday, and one was still alive! The thing that amazes me is that teh catz come in through a windows two feet off the ground - they must have jumped up with the rabbits in their mouths! :blink:

Mine leaves Baby Rabbits for me without heads, nasty that.

I had dead Birds, live Birds, dead Rabbits, live adult rabbits (dragged through Cat flap) and even a dead stoat brought into my home. Not to forget numerous mice and shrews. (Alive and dead)

Oh and my cat loves to eat everything that crawls and flies, which is brilliant since I hate all those but I do worry he will eat a wasp one day :( which could prove deadly.

Pics are good.

Here's ours again! :D

Some kitten shots, and then stalking the hamster!!

The tabby one (3rd picture) is exactly the same as our cat Taz (i'll get some pics)

First i have seen another cat that has the same type of markings as him.

Scott =op

There's another cat around here almost exactly the same but with white paws, little bugger keeps coming in the cat flap and eating their food!!!

Ours are getting bigger now though and tend to guard the flap a bit more than they used to.
