michael
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/west_yorkshire/7296756.stm I was just about to post this, you don't randomly find someone hidden in a bed anyway, it'll be interesting to find out what really went on. Good news though.

Good news though. Good to here they found her:) but it will be interesting to find out what exactly happened. Though at first, it does look like she was taken. Charlotte
That's good news. I hope she's ok, what a weird story.
Havard
Glad she's ok. I dread to think why this guy had been keeping her..... The whole thing is just wrong and those repsonsible should pay heavily. I bet she was terrified..... H.
hoff
If she has been hurt in any way the guy should be put in with the nastiest of prisoners. He may know then what fear really is.

TonyP
Good news indeed. I'm very surprised though, I thought she was gone for good. As a parent stories like this terrify me. You can't watch them all the time and it only takes a moment for some nutjob to snatch a child.

marbleapple
The whole thing is just wrong and those repsonsible should pay heavily. I bet she was terrified..... H. We don't know the story yet. My bet is that she knew the bloke. So she was only like 2kms away from her house. Which makes me think the whole thing is even odder (when you think the Police never searched much wider). I was just about to post this, you don't randomly find someone hidden in a bed anyway, it'll be interesting to find out what really went on. Good news though. 100% agree
Chris Wilson
There'll probably be some agenda just as unpleasant as the rest of the mother's history. With any sense of justice the kid will be taken into care, and the mother sterilised. Can you say tax burden, dysfunctional family, slapper? No fault of the child, no doubt, but the greater picture is one with little chance of long term stability for any of this woman's kids. Personally I think she should be sterilised on account of her looks alone Yeah, I'm the guy that would arrest someone for wearing a loud shirt in a built up area
RobSheffield
I have to agree with Chris, its really not doing the image of Batley a lot of good - and lets face it, it wasnt that good anyway! Glad she is alive and well

The mothers reaction on the phone is nothing like mine would of been if it were one of my two boys. She just said "They found her" no tears or anything

Paul
I thought the same too, the whole town are related and all look the same:D Tonight on the news they are all standing there with cans of lager on the streets like that's something different ! The mum has seven kids by 5 different fathers Now, by anyones standards that's low. The thing is we are paying for the likes of these people to live and also for the police operation, YES I'm glad she is safe but I think there is more to it like having sh*t parents in the first place.
