Chris Wilson
Sorry to be a PITA, would someone with a working EPC post part numbers for front and rear caliper to carrier slider pins, the outer rubber boots for them, and the small rubber anti rattle O rings that go over the ends of the pins that enter the cast carrier? Thanks.
Homer
Which year chris? There are several part numbers listed in EPC, seems some changes were made every 12-18 months for the early models
Chris Wilson
I think it's a 93 /94, I'll have a look after. Thanks!
Homer
Here's what EPC says. I'm not sure why there are two part numbers for the pins, hopefully it means something to you. 01 47715C 47715-50010 9305-9605 PIN, CYLINDER SLIDE (REAR) - SUB PIN SIDE 02 47715C 47715-50030 9305-9605 PIN, CYLINDER SLIDE (REAR) - MAIN PIN SIDE 03 47775D 47775-50010 9305-9605 BOOT, BUSH DUST (REAR) 04 47769A 47769-50010 9305-9605 BUSH, CYLINDER SLIDE NO1
Chris Wilson
That's great Homer, you haven't got the details for the front set up, too, have you? I know, I am a nuisance....

Chris Wilson
OK, that's superb, many thanks, and much appreciated. No doubt they'll be silly money, but i need to keep some of these on stock now, caliper pin problems are turning up very regularly these days! No doubt they'll be silly money, but i need to keep some of these on stock now, caliper pin problems are turning up very regularly these days! No doubt very expensive for what they! I'm seeing the same, the last 3 sets of brakes I've had have all had stuck pins, nearly always the rear ones.
Brian888
Hi guys sorry for the thread revival- but I'm after a lower rear sliding pin and the rubber bit on the end but it appears to be three parts to the lower pin on the diagram above? Do I need to get all 3 parts listed? When it came out of the calliper I only remember seeing the pin and rubber ring. Many thanks.
Scooter
The other part will still be in the calliper, they tap into the casting and have an accordion of rubber to keep water/crap out of the bore the pin goes into. Probably worth getting them (x2 per caliper) if they show any sign of wear. The (small) rubber bit is considered optional by some as the can increase the incidences of siezing Edited July 19, 2016 by Scooter (see edit history)
