Fifty
Two lads just crashed into Suzuki which was parked on main road. Helped them into house as one seems quite concussed. First thing they said was ; dont worry we didnt hit the car lol - yeah right. Anyway glad they werent too badly hurt; not wearing helmets so very lucky. Have seen the mother and she will see what can be done - looks like front wing ahas been pushed forward and door trim ripped off. This is going to cost them! Also he destroyed his dads brand new bike:tongue: Rich

Fifty
:p Aye a spanking is in order for sure. I wonder if they are the ones who smashed my Peugot, parked in the same place a few months ago? Anyway its going to be costly for them; hopefully not for me? Rich

Rich Phone her company asap , explain everything give them all the details and let them take over. They should be able to sort everything out, if the little £&£^ where insured. Homer
Crikey, they're going to be in a LOT of trouble! Presumably their dad had insurance on the bike so any damage should be covered by them. Wonder if the dad gave them permission to ride it? If not they'll be looking at a theft charge

She said she would claim on household policy. Oh crap I can see me getting stung lol. As the lad was potentially concussed do I report it to the police? We werent even with the car - I heard a crash and went out to investigate. Rich
Homer
Lol, push bikes! I thought you meant a motorbike. Unfortunatly I very much doubt any insurance will cover it apart from your own
The Raven
Opps didnt know it was a push bike, thought you ment motorbike. I would let the police know just to cover your own ass, after that i wouldnt know how you go about claiming from somones household insurance. Suprash
How old are these lads....? If the parents arent willing to pay for any damage, then depending on the age of these lads I would be issuing a small claims against either the lads or if the're a minor their parents, dont see why you should get stuck with this bill...... I would speak to your insurance company though and see what they advise......or up your insurance to fully comp, leave it a month or so and then claim if you get really stuck, just remember to protect any no claims bonuses as you're allowed one claim a year against a fully comp policy.... Pot
If their parents say that they're after a fair resolution to this situation, just offer to hit the kids with the car... That'll learn 'em...
