jazz1
lol i cant stop laughing it seems a joke last year i paid 680 on my 1.1 micra i was 22 then with 3 points and i didnt add my no claims as i needed them for the supra at the time. Anyways they done me a great price compared to others for 680. So my renewal came through at 700 today and i also added my 2 years no claims, so a year on with 2 years no claims added and the premium goes up by 20 pounds lol should of gone less:rolleyes:
michael
You should have your own section to whinge about insurance Insurance costs often go up, usually your increase in no claims helps to combat this, you may have found it costing much more if you didn't have the NCB to apply. Did you tell them about your accident?
Al Massey
l and i didnt add my no claims as i needed them for the supra at the time. i dont get that? so your saying you can only use your no claims the once?
jazz1
that accident was not my fault but no i did not tell them:(, the renewal came through today, i would of thought it would be cheaper seeing as i added the 2 years

jamesmark
i dont get that? so your saying you can only use your no claims the once? Most insurance companies only allow you to apply your NCB to one car. So if you own 2 cars you have to choose which one to apply them to. JustGav
581 even cheaper with everything included 250 excess:), sky are losing there touch 250 and 150 excess are a bit different..., doesn't REALLY change the figures that much.. 581 + 250 = 831 650 + 150 = 800 Artificial economy in a way.... I am with Sky and happyish... BUT in the interest of the club, I personally think Sky either need to pull something out or the club should reconsider. While I am happy, there are plenty of threads regarding sky mentioning discount before, and higher than average costs.
JustGav
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=1229478&postcount=7 For example... I think if we are promoting Sky as a business on this site, well we should have some transparency regarding this.

JustGav
Agreed values was one of the key things about Sky, this is not on offer any more... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=1843504&postcount=
colsoop
I suspect that with a lot of these threads of maning about insurance we aren't getting the full picture of whats going on. I am happy with my sky insurance thus far, if i wasn't i would speak to them direct rather than complain via a thread about it.

This is the thing, I am with them as well and I am happy, however there are is a lot of noise on the board re sky and it shouldn't just be ignored IMHO.
