4leks
I currently have Eagle F1 GS-D3 but will require set of new tyres really soon. Does anyone actually use Eagle F1 Asymmetric ? They seems to be cheaper than GS-D3s...are they as good as GS-D3s?

Pabs
I'm sure a review in that car mag (can't think of the name now) said they were really good.... one of the better tyres... but for the life of me I can't recall the magazine name to dig out the review.. Seb
They won evo's tyre test last year and seeing as they are essential the next stage in evolution of the F1, I would suggest that they will be pretty damn good.
Pabs
Thats the one! Evo magazine!!!!! Seem to get raving reviews about wet performance, and dry is pretty damn great too I think they'll be my tyre of choice when I need some. Always had GSD3's on previous cars. merckx
I think they'll be my tyre of choice when I need some. Definately. I very much doubt that Goodyear would introduce a new tyre that was inferior.
Sharpie
http://eu.goodyear.com/uk_en/tires/repository/Eagle_F1AS/index.jsp http://eu.goodyear.com/uk_en/tires/repository/EagleF1GSD3_2/index.jsp Check out the performance table's on GoodYears site. It puts the F1 Asym above the GSD3 with 5* in all but Mileage.
4leks
thx guys I thing I would give F1A a try especialy bearing in mind that I'm planning a trip to Germany The price sound attractive comparable to GSD3s as well (I think at least £200 cheaper for the set of 4)
Digsy
I used to use F1 directionals all round but now have the new assymetrics on the rears. TBH I wasn't that impresed when they were brand new because the car seemed a bit more twitchy, but they seem to have settled in. Maybe it was all in my mind.
