Greenauto
I'm about to change contracts from a Samsung on orange. I'm gonna go pay monthly again but fancy a change and have been thinking about going for the above phone on vodafone. They are doing a deal with 500 minutes and unlimited texts. I text a lot so that should be handy. They are offering internet access for £7.50 a month, do i need to go for this or can I not just use my wireless broadband (or my pals) connection to get online. Don't really want to have to shell out that extra on top of the £35 a month. Also can any of you guys who have them already advise on problems or suggest a better handset. Cheers Dave
GazzaGSi
Personally I would go for the LG Viewty. I had a standad N95 and upgraded to the Viewty afew months back and its great. Not 1 single problem either. The touch screen is really responsive, battery life is excellent and the cam/video camera is awesome. I spoke to Orange about the N95 8GB model and they have currently removed this phone from the shelves and you can not upgrade to it as they have had over 70% of them returned for faults/bugs. Weather this is the same on all networks I dont know but I couldnt be doing with that. Cheers

SILKYSMOOTH
We were out shopping today and we popped into a T-mobile and Vodaphone shops. My girlfriend has a similar situation too at the moment and we were going to go for the N95 8GB Black too (the old one was highly NOT recommended) after reviewing a few phones the LG Viewty turned out to be one of the better options. But there are some good deals you can get now and they give you a 19 LCD Monitor or a Wii.

_Lynz_
I've got this phone and am on the same contract that you are thinking of getting. I love the phone had it about 3 months now and have had no problems what-so-ever. The camera is brilliant, you can put as much music and even films on it. It's easy to use and reliable as it's a Nokia. With regards to Vodafone I have had no problems there either. I'd say go for it. Personally I don't like the idea of the Viewty. I had the LG Chocolate for about 2 weeks and couldn't use it so that has put me off touch screens for good.
far
I had the n95 8 gig - the sound clarity is superb and nokia menu system is second to none, I did have issues with GPS lock even in central london it seemed to take an eternity to find a GPS signal. Also it was fairly bulky and for emails its pretty slow but camera is superb I went for an E series and even though the sound quality isnt as good I think its much better for 'push email' and web surfing http://www.mobilewhack.com/nokia-e61i-eseries-business-phone.jpg
