stevie_b
Sabrina: ouch! Looks painful! (but I'm sure you didn't need me to tell you that ) If you need a lift to A&E Basingstoke, just say. Gav: ouch! Sounds painful! Is she alright? Sounds like she took a right tumble.
Rob
Ouch, you poor thing! I'd say that definitely looks like a hospital trip. They thought I'd sprained mine and it was broken in 5 places! Did they tell you not to go to those places again?

how_supra
Whats even funnier is I normally fall up the stairs .... Falling up the stairs would be far too obvious! and I wouldn't do that If you are going to Basingstoke A&E just let us know and I will walk down with tea while you are sat there for 3hours Hope you feel better soon, mel fell over this week at her dad's and is battered and bruised as well (hips, hand, head, the usual ) OMG what happened to Mel? I'm not going to A&E! What will they do if I have broken it again! Nothing! I have one of those stretchy foot thingeys from my attempt two months ago that'l do Sabrina: ouch! Looks painful! (but I'm sure you didn't need me to tell you that ) If you need a lift to A&E Basingstoke, just say. Thank you
merckx
The bruising looks a long way forward than I would normally expect from a sprained ankle. I went over on my ankle about 10 years ago which has stretched the ligaments making the joint weaker, every few years I go over on it again because of this weakness. The pain is excruciating. rob wild
Owww ouch watch out for any numbness (which unfortunately is a theme for me ) thats what they told me at A&E when i did something similar whilst kickboxing. Also im sure its been said but use the 'RICE' (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevate) i also took the stonger type of ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation. I hope you feel better soon

colsoop
Looks painful. I am a clumsy bugger, bordering on inspector closeau clumsy nature seems to have given me an immunity to bad injuries though
