Just came from a drive, i shut down the car and goes out to larm it, nothing happens, thought it was the battery on the clifford key pad, but nooo.

Nothing happens when i turn around the igniton key, no lights (just door light, and stero can be put on).

It must be the Clifford alarm that is in the way, how can i disable it to be able to start the car so i can get away from work ???

Have checked, the engine fuses and all seem ok, will check drives side now.

Even though you are seeing a little power with lights...try the windows. If they are very slow or dont work then battery is flat.

If its not this then good luck.

Are you 100% sure, cuz the windows dont work at all, i have had the batteri on a charger for 1h, and it still same problem.

The alarm have a red light on the dash, that does not work to, thought i should mention that.

Will try the code bypass thing, when my friends gets the manual, im stuck at work since my car is here with no alarm on it, so i cant just leave it =(, lucky i work in a hotell.

Put it in valet mode as you mention above.

If you want the default code for your alarm. pm me the model number.

eg concept 600 or whatever

You should be ok to leave the car though.

If you cant start it with the keyfob and key, then your average car thief will struggle to go anywhere!

Just tryed the bypass code, its a concept 300 that i have.

Nothing happend relly, its still brain dead.

I dont think its the battery, since its a couple of months old, but i have nothing else to go on, i will go buy a new one and try.

BTW this happend after i washed the car, i see that the manual says "You need to switch of the system when refulling or washing your car"

No the lights seem fine, its only the "door open" light that shows on the dash anyway, and the green igniton light around the key. The stereo works to, and the headlights.

Im sure its the alarm, but ive used my Valid code which did not give any response at all.

But im still sure its the alarm.

When i press the code, i put he turn the key to "ON" and then press the valid code (i have a 2 buttons to do that on, a star button and an unmarked one) So if the code is 4,4,3,8 then i press "star" 4 times and then unmarked once, and then "star" 4 times again, and unmarked again, "star" 3 times and unmarked, "star" 8 times and hold unmarked for 3 sec and release, according to the manual.

Result, Nothing happens =(

Its a Clifford Concept 300.

well if it was me and I was out of ideas id disconnect the battery for 10 mins then reconnect it. It might reset whatever the problem is.

It was dissconnected while i charged it for 1 hour.

you have to put it in valet mode IE turn the key in the ignition on

"But not turn the engine over"then switch off .you will hear a beep. The car is now in valet mode. The alarm will not go off so people can sit in the car if you have to put petrol in ,wash it etc.
