Imagine yourself seeing your wheels scratched again just after you chrome them for a lot of $$$. Besides chrome happen to peel off after some time or when damaged. colsoop Posted March 29, 2008 Share Posted March 29, 2008 Jazz they were just polished, and a mare to keep clean too i might add. i don't know anyone who has tanks big enough to do your wheels unfortunately. You might be able to find somebody to anodise them though. If the wheels are clear coated then removing the clear coat, repairing the scratch then re coating would work. If it is only a light scratch you might be able to get away with a cutting compounf on the clear. (assuming it is clear coated) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
