Guest cj748
As above. Have done searches on subject, but can't find anything on changing the removable end, (black bit with picture of ciggy on it). Have bought aluminium one which has screw thread in centre at the back, but original does not seem to undo. Any ideas please. Thanks CJ

razza
are you looing to scrap the old one and replace with a new one? it should come off easy enough would like the option to revert back to old if need be, didn't just want to smash it to pieces to find I couldn't then fit the new one... Darragh
mine must be different cause it comes out handy enough (note i blu mine up must replace it) the way i look at it is if someone put it there it can come back off and even if your stuck to fit your new one modify it so it fits ps have you pulled the dash apart first? razza
It's the black plastic part on the lighter that people are trying to remove and swap for an aluminium one, so no dash removal neccessary;)
Hayixer
Looks like it is held together with the white plastic nut which is held with 6 yes thats 6 tiny tabs, flip them back, spanner on the plastic nut hold the other end and it should come undone, should. Good luck. Bob.
