b_have
Had a play with the launch control today (first time I've used it in five years!) Not very impressed tbh, Has anyone wired their rltc using ignition cut instead of fuel cut?
SteveR
I'm probably wrong, but aren't they all wired to ignition cut rather than fuel cut? I've only ever glanced at an instruction/fitting manual.

uk-rich
it cuts individual injector pulses steve, not a full fuel cut as we think of it, but you probably know this

Like I say I only glanced at the instructions - I spotted a picture of a wire going to each cylinder and assumed it was to control the ignition spark. Individual cylinder fuel cut makes more sense though.
Pixelfill
If you used ignition cut rather than injector cut wouldn't you end up with a cylinder of unburnt fuel, being pushed out into the exhaust manifold, and either igniting in the exhaust or something equally messy? Yeah that's what I was figuring, on reflection, when I said it makes mroe sense. ^^

Pig
Mine is just like yours charlie. Injector pulse. What a load of rubbish. I like you would like it to work like lanch control through an AEM. Increased pop's and bangs
b_have
My RLTC launch control works perfectly. Ah, well maybe my dat file is wrong, the traction control is perfect but launch seems to hard cut fuel preventing boost build.
