Fitted new PAS pump, still no PAS!

Is it pretty straightforward to swap out a steering rack? I know I'll need to get the tracking done afterwards but does the removing and refitting of the rack hold any particular difficulties that I should be aware of before I tackle the job on my driveway? It looks straightforward from this pic but I'm sure there's more to it than that pic might make it appear. Anyone done it?

I know of a couple of Supras being broken. A 1998 VVTi that's already had the engine removed and a '93 NA. Would I be safer taking the rack from the '93 NA in case the VVTi rack is different to the one on my 93 RZ?

Thanks
