StuartW
Just finally getting Very Very near to fire up on my hopefully 650HP build. gone N/A-TT-Single Seem to have loads of vacuum pipes that i am a bit gazumped on where to put them all! Obviously lots of surplus ones from TT's Need to know the following; Pas x2 Where do they go/come from? Can i do away with VSV? Pro's/cons? Is the heater matrix flow sensitive? If so what pipes go where? I have an AEM 3.5 bar Pressure sensor, replacing std one 3 wires to connect anyone know what colors to what? Anyone know which wire is the trigger/switched live for the fuel pumps? (N/A loom) I cannot find this with a D.Volt Meter as new AEM to be mapped upon fireup:blink: Can an N/A Rev counter be re-wired to work on the TT? The answer to any of the above would be greatly appreciated. I have searched for a schematic for the vacuum/cooling system and cannot find anything Knightrider

Ryan.G
Pin22 on plug E10 is the HS output for the Fuel pump activation with the AEM. The wiring for this is the same as a TT with an N/A But in order for this to work the Main relay needs to be activated to provide the B+ (12v) supply to the pump Ryan
StuartW
big thanks to ash homer keron and ryan..all those things sorted now just a few more... 1. Still need to know where vacuum lines go/come from for Pas pressure switch? 2. i need to know what 2 wires connect on the gearbox for reversing light? 3. i need to know if the o2 sensors on the downpipe are a single brown wire? if so i can only find one...where is the other? i have studied the wiring diagrams, vacuum diagrams, search button and had the digital volt meter out but still cannot suss the above:search:

gledo1970
one vacum pipe goes to the manifold near were the intercool pipe connects and before the throttle flap and the other goes to the inlet plenum afther the throttle/tractions flaps.

That's what I wrote and then thought that was for the air con parts, so deleted my post.
