keancy
Not sure I should admit to this as we try to forget but we once had a Hyundai Pony for about 6 months. Was the one car I ever owned that I felt totally relaxed in when I drove it as I didn't give a sh*t if I put it in hedges or grounded it or anything like that. On a plus side the thing was reliable as hell, never let me down. Pigging ugly though

ManwithSupra
3 Euro boxes before Jap cars - not worth talking about really.... Civic Type R (EP3) And now the supe .... Story says it all really had the Type R for 8 months .... now had the supra for 3 years ! - longest i have ever owned a car ! Supra is the best hands down although you do miss the refinement of a new interior but thats about it.

Carl_S
what jap cars have you owned and what has been the best and why apart from your supra. is hyundai jap? I had one and 80's car i think, only drove it up and down the drive. Mk2 supra P type x2 (best looking) skyline gts-t (best) this is far better than the supe in general holding of the road. Then again. My supe is rather different from standard. Oh... and a subaru forrester. Very nice car, practical, and good grip and handling. Just comparatively underpowered. francis
16-21: Honda CRX 1.6VT - cracking car, light weight, fantastic engine and really good fun - I still miss this car, just a shame it was getting a bit old and rusty. 21-present 24: UK TT6 24-present: Smart Fortwo Pulse for the daily commute to work - I know it's not Japanese but it's a great little car ideal for central London.. edge
Never owned any japs cars until the supra. Now we have another toyota, an avensis td estate with over 160k miles and it still runs very nice indeed. Will only stick with jap or german cars.
