Sean1933
I am considering buying some Bride buckets but i will be dammed if im going to pay £220+ for a couple of bits of metal to bolt them up! Anyone know if there is any universal fittings & rails that would fit, or if it would be easy to fab something up?
supradibbs
i had a go at making some rails using the stock ones to fit to some speeds pretty much cracked the drivers one but struugles with the passenger one if you could get a good fabricator sure they could make some thing but at what cost is the question
Sean1933
What sort of problems did you have mate? I thought the drivers side would have been harder as its electric!?
Gibson Trimming
Why not save your money on the brides and subframe rails and instead have your origanals trimmed up in some sexy leather or alcantara A mans got to earn a living LOL

Sean1933
I'm not a massive fan of leather and i want some seats that actually hug me when im going into a corner or sideways . The current ones dont do that so i hate to think what leather would be like. Sorry but its a no from me

Gaz Walker
You can make them for sure, but I guarantee it will cost you more than £220 We make frames for loads of cars that don't have specific applications and they are £250-300 for a pair. Gibson Trimming
If you dont like leather thats not a problem for you could have suede or any other type of cloth that would grip you and as for not hugging you enough i can asure you that for the cost of your two bride seats and runners i could re foam and mould your origanals so you wouldnt want to get out of them they would be one off and unique and the drivers would still be electric
hodge
speak to Paul at whifbitz. He can get 2 subframes delivered fit £270. it takes around 3 weeks delivery . I ordered 1 for my passenger seat around 2 weeks ago.

It would then only I'd have to get the rest of the interior done aswell, but over time (a lot of time )
Gibson Trimming
No worries a lot of people do that with us ,a bit at a time ,and you can bet that wot you have done first will still look as great by the time you have the last bits done . Maybe i should do a proper bucket style seat using one of my own SUPRA seats so when you come for a re-trim you can have this as a replacement whilst i trim yours and you can tell me what you all think and you can give me feedback incase they need alterations ,but im pretty confident they wont need any .LOL
