Charlotte
Is anyone planning anything lovely for easter? Do people still buy each other eggs or is it just another media driven 'holiday'? I bought some for my family but I seem to have managed to avoid all the hype. It seems to have crept up really early this year but I'm not grumbling at 2 days off work. Pot
Most of my mates are off doing things with their families or are going away, so I'll be spending the 4 days off getting hammered and playing XBox in my pants

We're doing nothing. I've been off all week too but only managed to paint the windowsills. Bored but happy not to be at work.

RedM
There must be lots of nice things to do up there. True but there are some things preventing me from doing anything. 1. It's cold and horrible. 2. I'm trying not to spend money. I even paid my birthday money into my ISA so that I wouldn't spend it. 3. It's cold. 4. It's horrible. 5. I really can't be bothered. Charlotte
You said in another thread you wanted to buy an xbox! Get yourself out into the lovely dales for a nice bracing walk. No cost involved.

Most of mates down south are away, and my parents are busy for 2 out of the 4 days, and it's a long round trip to visit them for 48 hours tbh. I could do with a cheap one too so I'm not complaining
marbleapple
How do you fit an Xbox in your pants? . I'm not doing much. Clare is off for four days so I'm bound to have to do something with her (not that that is a bad thing I suppose)
RedM
You said in another thread you wanted to buy an xbox! There is a vast gulf between the things I want and the things I can afford or will actually buy. Get yourself out into the lovely dales for a nice bracing walk. No cost involved. Weather has turned in the last hour or so. Wet and very windy.

Muffleman
Working tomorrow But off for the rest of the weekend with absolutely nothing planned at all - perfect ! The way I look at it is plan to do absolutely nothing, that way if you do nothing you succeed on doing all you planned. But, if you do some other stuff too then you get to feel virtuous A lesson learnt after planning to do loads of stuff and feeling bad that I got none of it done
