We're having them machined from billet aluminium. We sent them out to the machine shop today, who quoted us £10K a side (1 LH/1 RH) Basically if I've not modelled anything right, hole diameters etc, then chances are they'll be scrap. Then again, we're also testing an alternative version of the part whilst these are being made. If they turn out to be any good, the parts I sent out today will be obsolete before they even arrive.
