Pete
Hmm.. http://www.turbosystems.co.uk/products_frames.htm I didn't think it was possible to reprogram the ECU? Without looking up the wiring diagram I'm not sure why they've connected two ECU wires together. That's a bit odd. The wire leading off doesn't seem to return either? Wez
http://flyby.dk/ecutt.JPG http://flyby.dk/ecutt.JPG http://flyby.dk/ecutt.JPG Looks like a white/blue and green/brown wire have been spliced and then possibly grounded on switch activation. Very odd, we need to know what the wires are to work out what they might be trying to do.

Wez
Looks to me like pins 60b and 38b. 38B = exhaust bypass valve 60B = boost control solenoid
Homer
Could it be one of those daughter board additions that we saw the other week here? I seriously doubt some UK outfit would go to the bother of making one (or even if they have the skill), but it's a possibilty isn't it? Might be worth splitting the ECU open to see if anythings been touched inside. Does anyone know if there is some sort of seal to see if it's been opened before? JustGav
and that is? An awe inspiring mod that allows you to stop the first turbo for coming and saving it up for big kick when #1+#2 come in together giving you that impression the car has more power (and as Alex says added snake oil)

JustGav
Green Red 38B according to diagram is as Wez says exhaust bypass valve. Blue White (L-W) is 60B and again as Wez said wastegate control.. Quite what they achieve by grounding them I'm not 100% sure....
flyby
Is the plan this? Open ECU, if some one has messt whit it, get a new. Reconnect the 2 wires. All back to normal.
